The Bullmastiff was developed in the late 1800s to provide instant reprisal for poachers who trespassed on private estates. Their quiet companionship and fearless demeanor ensured the gamekeeper's safety during the unruly times of Old England.
Today these traits remain the same, but the breed is now cherished as a family companion.

SEPTEMBER 2009
We will be attending the Wenatchee Dog Show as well as the RIchland Kennel Club dog shows with Clare and Cleve - come stop by and say hello, they are still quietly maturing as they continue to learn what is expected of them at the shows.

AUGUST 2009
We are very proud of our girl, Reprisal's Midnite Rumble (Clare) for winning the Bred By Exhibitor class at the Mount Ranier Working Dog show - this was a Specialty show (Pacific Northwest Bullmastiff Fanciers) in which she also took Reserve Winners Bitch.

Congrats to Absolute Rprsl's Terminator "Dozer" for winning Winner's Dog at the Mount Ranier Working Dog show while sister, Absolute Reprisal's Sweet Promise (Lexus) went Reserve Winners Bitch. These two littermates were sire by our male, Oscar.
